After you accept a quote on uShip, your shipment is booked, and you’ll be connected directly with your chosen carrier. From your Booking Confirmation page, you can review shipment details, access the carrier’s contact information, and coordinate pickup and delivery plans.

From there, you can message your carrier through the uShip platform to confirm logistics, share contact information, and answer any remaining questions before pickup.

Payment is completed through uShip Payments, our secure, cashless system. After pickup, you may also be able to track shipment progress when carriers opt into location sharing.
